Hi Chris,
 
I bought a Toshiba Tecra M2 from your shop years ago and was given good service. Earlier this year I had some problems with my laptop and spoke to Drew a few times on the phone and brought my laptop to your shop for him to check. I would like to bring to your attention the service that I received from Drew.
 
He was patient with my many questions, was helpful and went far beyond the limits of most companies to assist me. He regarded my problem as his problem.  I was very impressed by his performance, knowledge and attitude.
 
If you have a reward system for staff then please have Drew on your list for recognition of excellent service.

Dear Chris,

Thank you so much for the advice, assistance and support that you and your team have given me. 

As a person with limited computer experience, I was having trouble deciding what sort of Laptop I should purchase. Then after months of indecision, I came to  Cybershop on the recommendation of  a friend. The friend was correct to advise me that Cybershop is the best place in Perth for Laptops.   You were so helpful and gave such good advice and patiently gave me time to think about my options. Then you set up my Laptop with all the software and downloads that I needed and gave me an orientation to it as well.

Then just this month, I ran into problems and  Ashik in the Service Department assisted me with such care and patience that I was really touched and very grateful. The problems were minor and were because I had made a few errors.

It just needed a few things re-set.

The laptop is just great. I am so happy with it.  And I feel confident to contact you or bring it in if I need assistance. I am so glad that you are there.

PS.  The parking is great as well. There is lots of it. There is also a nice café to go if you need to think things over as I did.

To Chris and the team at Cybershop,

Thank you for your help through the years with all the notebooks and Macs, and more recently your help with the Toshiba Satellite Pro.  The service again was exceptional and the notebook is now running fantastic again!

Shop loyalty is quite rare at this day in age but I have always recommended (forced) family and friends to buy from Cybershop because of your exceptional service and knowledge.
