All prices shown on the web site include GST. CYBERSHOP does not sell GST exempt.

Deliveries will only be made to a customer’s nominated Business or Residential address. Couriers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Signatures obtained from that address will be deemed to have the same effect as that of the customer and will constitute the completion of the contract.

CYBERSHOP uses a number of registered couriers to deliver products to Australia and overseas. Most of these registered couriers have tracking facilities available with thier services. When a tracking number is available for an order the customer will be updated with the tracking information. Order weight is determined by actual weight or volumetric weight (1m3 = 250KG), whichever is greater. Volumetric weight can be calculated as follows .

(Package Length(m) * Package Width(m) * Package Depth(m)) * 250 = Volumetric Weight in KG.

You can also calculate using dimensions in Centemeters using ((L*W*D)/1000000)*250 = KG

Example: Order contains 2 laptops, with each one being in a box with dimensions 45x35x8 in Centemeters weighing 2.8KG each.

(.45*.35*.08) * 250 = 3.15KG per box, 2 boxes (one per laptop) = 6.30KG.

Actual Weight = 2.8 * 2 = 5.6KG, volumetric weight is higher so the order weight will be 6.30KG.

Our shopping cart makes every effort to account for volumetric weight when calculating shipping for an order. However in some cases for some destinations a manual calculation may be required.

If goods are required to be returned to CYBERSHOP, please follow our Returns Authorisation procedure.

Returns Authorisation Procedure
CYBERSHOP will not accept product returns unless the product is accompanied by a Return Authorisation (RA) number. To obtain a RA number, please email: with the following information:

  • Your Full Name
  • Tax Invoice Number
  • PDF copy of your Tax Invoice if possible
  • Decent Fault Description (Item Broken, Faulty”, “Dead” or “DOA” as description is not accepted)
  • Your Contact Information

We will then process your request and if approved, we will email you the RA number. Once you have been assigned an RA number you must return the goods to us within 14 working days or else your RA number will lapse and you will be required to reapply. The procedure for returning the goods once you have recieved the RA number is as follows:

  • Return the item in person at CYBERSHOP Unit 3, 471 William Street, PERTH WA 6000
  • Ship/Post the item to CYBERSHOP at Unit 3, 471 William Street, PERTH WA 6000

Please note:

    • When shipping an item back for RA, take care to package the item appropriately. CYBERSHOP reccomends the original Manufacturer's Packaging. CYBERSHOP is not liable for damage sustained in transit by couriers. Damage sustained during transit may be declared as physical damage which will void the warranty. Items shipped back for general RA should only include the faulty item and power source, 3rd party accessories will NOT be returned to the customer (IE: Motherboard returned with CPU when motherboard is faulty, customer will not get CPU returned).

    • When returning an item as Dead on Arrival (DOA), ALL packaging and accessories are required. Any accessories or packaging will be charged at the current RRP rate for that part. For example, returning a Laptop without it's charger/cable will result in the customer either supplying the correct charger or the customer being billed for a brand new charger as part of the return process.

    • Certain items require specific attention prior to shipping. For example, Motherboards carrying the LGA socket type (Intel Sockets 1150, 1151, 2011v3) MUST have the protective cover attached to the top of the socket.
    • All ESD sensitive items MUST be returned in an acceptable static bag with sufficient padding around the outside of the bag.

    • CPUs MUST be returned in apprioriate packaging as to avoid damage to the pins.

  • For more information or advice on how to pack your item for RA, please email with your RA number to ask for the recommended way to return your item.
